Job Responsibilities
Assemble and pack components with precision and attention to detail
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow health and safety protocols at all times
Participate in training sessions to develop manufacturing skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is preferred
Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills for detailed assembly work
Ability to work across various shifts, including days and evenings
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork
Training will be provided, but a background in manufacturing is advantageous

Competitive pay rates: £12.96 per hour (day shift), £15.81 per hour (afternoon shift), £16.85 per hour (night shift)
