Application Support Engineers - 2nd Line & 3rd Line Support

Our client is currently looking for experienced Application Support Engineers to join their team, supporting critical IT and operational technology environments.

Location: Billingham
Contract: 6 Months (Outside IR35) Possible extension

Our client is currently hiring for two different Application Support roles at varying levels of seniority:

Level 2 Application Support
Level 3 Application Support

Key Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Windows Active Directory (AD)
OT (Operational Technology) and hardware support experience
Application packaging and deployment experience
Client development/support background
Previous Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 or Level 3 application and infrastructure support
Support and maintain Active Directory environments
Troubleshoot application, hardware, and OT-related issues
Assist with application packaging, deployment, and upgrades
Work closely with infrastructure, development, and operational teams
Ensure systems are maintained in line with operational and compliance standards
