Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm

A well-established manufacturing business is looking to add a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to its engineering team at its Corby facility. This is a days-based role offering long term stability, overtime opportunities and the chance to work within a fast-paced production environment.
The role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown repairs and supporting continuous improvement activities across a range of manufacturing and production equipment.
You will be working closely with production and operations teams to minimise downtime, improve machine reliability and support overall site performance.
The Role
Planned preventative maintenance across manufacturing machinery
Reactive mechanical breakdown support
Fault finding, repair work and continuous improvement activities
Supporting production performance and machine reliability
Working safely and in line with site procedures
Candidate Requirements
Level 3 Engineering qualification or recognised apprenticeship
Strong mechanical maintenance background within manufacturing
Experience working within a fast-paced production environment
Confident fault finding and carrying out mechanical repairs independently
