Must have’s

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the insurance industry

* Experience in a sales or new business-focused role

* Strong understanding of insurance principles and regulatory frameworks

* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own diary and workload

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines

* Background in insurance broking or insurer environments

* Experience using CRM systems and pipeline reporting tools

* Exposure to conference attendance or networking events

So, what will you be doing?

* Prospecting and securing new clients across a range of organisations

* Building and managing your own pipeline using CRM systems

* Engaging with clients via phone, video and face-to-face meetings

* Recommending tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs

* Attending conferences and events to generate new opportunities

* Providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates

* Collaborating with service and renewal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

* Supporting relationship management with key partners

* Identifying cross-sell opportunities across the wider business
