The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects
Maintain a focused and productive classroom environment
Build positive relationships with students and staff
Encourage student participation and engagement
Support students in completing classwork effectivelyThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working in London secondary schools
Confidence leading groups of young people
Strong classroom presence and the ability to keep students engaged and motivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, proactive, and professional approach
