Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and differentiated Science lessons that meet the needs of students with SEMH challenges.
Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of students, fostering curiosity and confidence in learning.
Collaborate with teaching staff and support staff to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure all students achieve their potential.Requirements:
Qualified teacher with experience teaching Science.
Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with SEMH needs, is highly desirable.
Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
