Job Title: CNC Production Engineer Technician
Location: Tamworth
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

The CNC Production Engineer Technician will support new product introduction and production processes for components within the Motorsport and Defence sectors.
CNC Production Engineering Technician Responsibilities:
Create CNC programs for 5 Axis Milling Centres
Set up and support first-article and initial sample runs
Optimise tooling performance for cast iron and aluminium components
Conduct first off inspections and support ISIR/PPAP requirements
Troubleshoot machining issues including tool wear, and process instability
Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to resolve non-conformances and improve processesCNC Production Engineering Technician Essentials:
Experience with 5-axis CNC machining centres
Hands-on experience Offline programming (Ideally Hypermill)
Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming
