What's involved?
As Chef De Partie, you'll work closely with a small team of chefs in a fast-paced open kitchen:
Prepare and cook fresh dishes to a high standard
Support the Sous Chef during busy services
Work confidently in a customer-facing kitchen environment
Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef
Passion for fresh, seasonal food
Comfortable working in a small close-knit brigade
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Own transport is essential due to location
