Clinical Nurse Manager – Nursing Home Tywyn, Wales £55,000 – £60,000 per annum We are recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join a well-established nursing home in the beautiful coastal town of Tywyn, Wales.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of nursing care while supporting and developing a dedicated care team.The RoleAs Clinical Nurse Manager, you will:- Lead and support the clinical and nursing team- Ensure the highest standards of resident care are consistently delivered- Oversee clinical governance, medication management, and care planning- Support compliance with CIW regulations and internal quality standards- Mentor, develop, and supervise nursing and care staff- Work closely with senior management, residents, families, and healthcare professionals- Promote a positive, safe, and person-centred environmentRequirements- Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN preferred)- Previous experience within a nursing home setting- Strong clinical leadership and management experience- Excellent knowledge of clinical compliance and safeguarding- Passionate about delivering high-quality elderly care- Strong communication and organisational skillsWhat We Offer- Competitive salary of £55,000 – £60,000- Supportive and established management team- Opportunities for professional development and progression- Beautiful coastal location with a welcoming team environmentIf you are an experienced nurse leader looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you
