This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance function supporting a diverse and international portfolio, delivering high-quality financial reporting within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, the firm is expanding its finance team. This role offers strong exposure across a varied portfolio of investments and entities, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful financial information that supports strategic decision-making.
You will typically manage reporting across multiple entities, so confidence in a client-facing environment and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of investment entities and stakeholders
* Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and reporting packs
* Produce financial statements (FRS 102 and IFRS exposure desirable)
* Complete bank reconciliations and full trial balance ownership
* Support NAV reporting, investor reporting, and performance analysis
* Assist with due diligence work for acquisitions, disposals, and investment activity
* Support financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership and investors
* Identify and implement process improvements alongside senior finance stakeholders
About You
* Part-qualified or working towards ACCA, CIMA or CA (qualified candidates also considered)
* Strong experience in management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Exposure to FRS 102 / IFRS financial statements is advantageous
* Strong Excel skills and confident working with financial systems
* Professional, articulate, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
