Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm
Pay: £33,000 - £38,000 + overtime

Duties
Responsible for the delivery of engineering maintenance service in line with contractual obligations, industry best practice and relevant standards and guidance (HTM). The role is to ensure planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown/reactive maintenance activities on the estate are completed and records maintained.
Assist in the operational delivery for site activity
To undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services to the NHS client
Manage individually assigned work effectively to ensure site performance via use of CAFM systems and other digital based management tools is accurate when reviewed by management
Person Specification
Must be fully qualified electrically (Apprenticeship/City & Guilds/NVQ/Equivalent)
Must have previous experience in a Building Services/Facilities Maintenance environment
