Our client are a fast-paced and growing manufacturing business dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-approved products through precision, organisation, and strong operational processes. Working closely with our clients and supply chain partners, we pride ourselves on maintaining efficient manufacturing workflows, exceptional service standards, and long-standing professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Convert client-approved designs into detailed production instructions using SAGE 50 software

* Produce component pick lists to support manufacturing operations

* Monitor and manage stock inventory levels to maintain production flow

* Liaise with suppliers, the supply chain, and the in-house procurement lead regarding component availability

* Create and issue works orders and manufacturing instructions

* Plan and schedule manufacturing activities to meet client deadlines and requirements

* Produce customer invoices accurately and efficiently

* Coordinate and organise outbound logistics and shipment movements

* Maintain accurate records and ensure diligent data input across established systems

* Work independently while contributing to wider team objectives and operational goals

* Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and partners

* Collaborate with the Operations Director and senior leadership team on day-to-day operational activities

* Support continuous improvement and contribute positively to the growth of the business

* Participate in product training and ongoing development opportunities to enhance role contribution
