Are you an experienced Logistics Planner? Have you worked within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? If so, our client, a renowned automotive manufacturer, is recruiting for a Logistics Planner to join their site in Coventry. This role will involve ensuring the timely ordering and expediting of production requirements, whilst building strong working relationships with suppliers.

Job Description
Generate and maintain department-specific production schedules
Determine raw materials and components required to meet demand
Understand and analyse customer requirements to provide feedback to the sales department
Analyse bills of materials for customer orders and new projects
Plan and prioritise production to meet deadlines
Carry out capacity planning
Attend new project meetings

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
Experience working within supply chain operations
