We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support operational performance and business decision-making.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, analyse complex data, and develop reliable, high-quality BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using BI tools such as Power BI and SQL.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide actionable insights.
Analyse operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Maintain data accuracy, quality, and documentation including KPI definitions and data dictionaries.
Automate and improve manual reporting processes.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams on reporting and data solutions.
Support continuous improvement and adoption of new BI technologies.Essential Skills & Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytic, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI platforms.
Understanding of data quality, validation, and reporting best practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Desirable
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, DAX, Power Query, SQL Server, or Oracle SQL.
Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and automation tools.
Experience with Python, R, Pandas, or similar analytical tools.
Familiarity with version control and CI/CD practices.Benefits
