Our client based in East London provide housing management services in partnership with local authorities and are currently looking for a Housing Inspections Administrator to join their expanding team. You will be required to meet the demands of their tenants and contractors and report to the Housing Manager on site. This role is based on site, and you will be required to work from 9am to 5:50pm daily from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
* Logging inspections conducted by our in house inspectors and local authorities.
* Raising job sheets for internal maintenance.
* Liaising with landlords for repairs.
* Liaising with external contractors for repairs.
* Setting reminders to chase repairs.
* Completing deadlines for repair turnaround times.
* Bookings appointments.
* Sending out warning letters for missed inspections, property damages, pets, anti-social behaviour etc…
* Sending out abandonment notices and instructing occupancy checks.
* KPI’s for inspection access.
Requirements
* Previous experience of dealing with housing administration
* A good understanding of letter writing and the housing authority requirements
* The ability to work independently and be proactive in emergency situations
* As this role is very specialised the client would prefer experience, however, will consider applicants from similar backgrounds/experience
A full enhanced DBS check will need to be undertaken before you start work.
