Graduate Building Surveyor | Louth | Hybrid
A growing building surveying and energy consultancy based in Louth is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a solid first step into the profession, offering genuine breadth across residential and commercial property work from day one, with a mix of site, office and remote working.
What the role involves
You'll be part of a surveying team delivering a range of inspection and reporting services across different property types and sectors. Day-to-day, this includes:
* Stock condition surveys, including public sector and approved housing body projects
* Pre-purchase building surveys and general property inspections
* Preparation of survey reports and supporting documentation
* Site assessments and data collection
* Assistance with planning applications and compliance documentation
* BER assessments and energy-related surveys (subject to project requirements and training)
What they're looking for
* A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
* Strong written communication and attention to detail
* A full clean driving licence
* A proactive approach, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
