Location: Havant
Salary: c£15.00
The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking a Process Operator to join their production team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality materials within a fast-paced, continuous processing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work within a structured shift system while contributing to high operational and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate production machinery in line with defined specifications.

Monitor product quality and carry out routine quality control checks.

Accurately request, measure, and load raw materials as required for production.

Maximize machine output while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status, issues, or deviations.

Follow all operational procedures, including ISO-aligned quality processes.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization.

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying and reporting any hazards.

Support the wider team and undertake additional duties as required by management.
Working Hours
40 hours per week
Rotating 3-shift pattern:

Morning: 07:00 - 14:45

Afternoon: 14:45 - 22:45

Night: 22:45 - 07:00
Candidate Requirements

Good general level of education

Valid counterbalance forklift license

Strong numerical and literacy skills with attention to detail

Proven reliability and steady work history

Good attendance record

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Competencies

Planning and organization

Problem solving

Communication skills

Results-driven mindset

Strong awareness of health & safety practices

Relevant technical or specialist skills for a production environment
