Job Title: Highways Surfacing Contracts Manager
Location: Surrey & surrounding areas

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading highways surfacing company seeking an experienced Asphalt Surfacing Contracts Manager. As Surfacing Contracts Manager you will manage multiple asphalt surfacing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage multiple asphalt surfacing contracts and oversee project planning, programming, and resource allocation.
·Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
·Lead and support site supervisors and operational teams.
·Control budgets, maximize profitability, and build strong client relationships.
·Prepare progress reports and attend client meetings.
About You:
·Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or senior project management role within asphalt surfacing or civil engineering.
·Strong commercial awareness, leadership skills, and knowledge of surfacing techniques and industry standards.
·Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ Level 6/7) preferred.
