Senior Associate – Estate Agency
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Associate to join our busy estate agency team. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, conducting valuations, negotiating sales and lettings, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the property journey.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ estate agency experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of winning instructions and achieving targets. You’ll also support junior team members, build lasting client relationships, and identify opportunities across mortgages, solicitor referrals, and other services.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ estate agency experience
* Strong sales, valuation, and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Reapit/CRM experience desirable
