We are currently looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join a busy and growing workshop team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident working with a range of materials and capable of producing high-quality work from engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
* MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel
* Working with aluminium (desirable)
* Fabrication of components from technical/engineering drawings
* Cutting, assembling, and finishing metalwork to a high standard
* Carrying out quality checks on completed work
Requirements:
* Proven experience in fabrication and welding
* Strong MIG welding skills, with TIG experience preferred
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience working with mild and stainless steel (aluminium advantageous)
* Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Early finish on Fridays at 1:00pm
