You'll be part of a supportive, close‑knit team that takes pride in high standards, teamwork, and looking out for one another. Whether it's handling complex diagnostics, supporting fleet reliability, or developing new skills, this role offers both challenge and long‑term progression.

⏰ Working Pattern

This is a rotating shift role designed to offer structure and variety:

Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 06:00-15:00
Back Shift: Monday-Friday, 13:00-22:00
Overtime: Saturday mornings, 06:00-12:00
On‑Call Rota: 1 week in every 3 (paid additionally)

💷 Salary & Rewards

Base Salary: £43,108 per year
Typical OTE: circa £50,000
First‑Year Earning Potential: up to £54,000, including:
£5,000 sign‑on bonus (paid after a successful 3‑month settling‑in period)
Expected overtime of £5,000, paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Annual performance bonus of up to £2,000

✅ What We're Looking For

Essential

Qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or strong proven industry experience
Solid understanding of vehicle systems, trailers, plant, and workshop equipment
Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
A safety‑first mindset
A reliable team player with good communication and organisation skills

Desirable (Full Training Provided)

HGV Class C licence
ADR qualification
