Are you organised, technically minded, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for an experienced Order Processor / Technical Coordinator to join a growing team in Gloucester.
Working with one of the region’s leading window and door fabricators, you’ll play a vital role in turning customer orders into accurate production-ready information — keeping projects moving smoothly from sale to manufacture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Inputting technical order data into specialist software such as Business Micros, LogiKal, and Window Designer
* Reviewing survey sheets and site measurements to ensure manufacturing drawings are accurate
* Raising purchase orders for profiles, glass, hardware, and associated materials
* Liaising with sales teams, production departments, suppliers, and customers to coordinate schedules and amendments
* Carrying out detailed quality checks on quotes and orders to identify technical discrepancies before production
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience within the window, door, or glazing industry
* Knowledge of order processing and technical manufacturing procedures
* Familiarity with industry software such as Business Micros, LogiKal, or Window Designer
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple projects
