Job Summary
:
We are looking for a practical, reliable, and solutions-focused
Weekend Maintenance Operative
to support the smooth running of the property across our guest-facing and operational spaces. This is a hands-on role, working independently across a varied estate to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and presented to a high standard.
Friday – Monday (32 hours / 4 days per week)
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Salary:
£25,600 – £28,000 for 32 hours
Flexible hours in line with seasonal and operational demand
Start Date: Immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:
Reactive Maintenance & Guest Support
Planned & Preventative Maintenance
Site Presentation & Safety
Escalation & Contractor Coordination
Requirements:
Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role
Practical skills across general repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Ability to problem-solve and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
Full UK driving licence
Good communication skills and a proactive, helpful approach
Comfortable working alone across multiple sites
Flexibility to respond to changing priorities in a hospitality environment
Basic pool plant knowledge desirable
Experience in hospitality or guest-facing environments beneficial
