T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Executive to join our Client on a permanent basis in Castle Donington.

This is a crucial role within the Company where you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales efforts for the team. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining Customer records and providing Customer support.

Customer Success Executive Details & Benefits;

* £30,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience

* Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm

* Company profit share scheme

* Monthly lunch allowance

* Team building exercises and meal

* End of month breakfast provided for hitting targets

* Pension scheme

* 32 days holiday per year including bank holidays

* Free parking

* No strict dress code

Customer Success Executive Job Details;

* Order Processing – Accurately input and process Customer orders from the sales inbox or inbound phone calls, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment

* Customer Service – Respond to Customer enquiries, escalating where necessary, resolving issues and providing information on products and services

* Record Maintenance – Maintain and update Customer records, including contact details and account information

* Communication – Liaise between Customers, Sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and Customer satisfaction

* Proactive Customer Support – Contact Bronze Customers to share promotions, check dispenser status and find growth opportunities

Customer Success Executive Person Specification;

* This role will suit someone who is a proactive individual

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

* Familiar with order processing systems and CRM software

* Detail orientated and able to work accurately under pressure

* Customer-focused with a positive attitude

* Good team player
