Quality Administrator

Oxted/Westerham

Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 39 hours

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance and inspection? Then we would love to hear from you.

You will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards for our customers worldwide.

What will you be doing as the Quality AdministratorAs a Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for quality checks, quality assurance of documents, and be trained to inspect our final products and sub-assemblies.

You will ensure that they meet our strict quality, performance, and environmental standards, working in accordance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Administrator
Ensure all quality documents are in order
Product inspection: Conduct thorough inspections using test equipment and documentation (e.g., wiring schematics, flow diagrams)
Compliance: Ensure products comply with quality and environmental standards
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including inspection results, fault reports, and rework job cards
Teamwork: Collaborate closely with QC staff, engineers, and management to meet production and quality goalsWhat we need from you as the Quality AdministratorEssential Qualifications & Experience:

GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C)
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation abilities
Strong IT skills (Google Suite is a plus)Desirable skills for the Quality Administrator:
NVQ or higher in Engineering or a related technical field
Experience in a Quality Control role
Familiarity with ISO9001 standardsAdditional information
Training will be provided for finer skills of the role
