Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your education career within a supportive and welcoming primary school environment?

is delighted to be working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Oldham that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Lower Key Stage 2.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dedicated school team where you will play an important role in supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality classroom support across Lower KS2
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons
Supporting individual pupils and small groups to help raise attainment and confidence
Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation in learning
Helping to create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Working collaboratively with teaching staff and wider school professionals

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Have a good understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Be proactive, organised, and reliable in their approach
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Be committed to making a positive impact in the classroom
