A global aerospace distribution business is seeking an Environmental & Sustainability Engineer to support ISO 14001 EMS, EcoVadis, and wider ESG initiatives, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Maintain and improve ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS)
Support EcoVadis submissions and ESG performance improvement
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (ESOS, REACH, COSHH)
Manage non-conformance, incidents, and CAPA
Support internal/external audits and legal registers
Track and report environmental KPIs (energy, waste, emissions)
Act as contact for customer ESG/sustainability requests
Work cross-functionally to reduce environmental impact across operations & supply chainKey Skills

Audits, compliance, CAPA, root cause analysis
ESOS, REACH, COSHH
Environmental data, KPIs, carbon/emissions reporting
Strong stakeholder management & communication
