We’ve placed a lot of people into this charity over the years, and they genuinely love working there. It’s a large, well-established organisation with strong training and genuine career progression.
They’ve recently launched a new long-term funded contract and are now recruiting Employment Advisors for their Hillingdon team.
You’ll work as an IPS Employment Specialist, supporting people with health conditions or disabilities into employment. This is a community-based role where you’ll hot-desk across sites including Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts. Travel between sites is paid.
You’ll manage a caseload of around 25 participants, providing tailored support and working with employers to create opportunities.
Full training is provided, including shadowing experienced staff and ongoing support from your Team Leader.
We’re interested in people who have:
Employment Advisor experience
Recruitment, sales, or B2B experience
Experience supporting vulnerable people
Or relevant graduate/voluntary experienceThis is a busy, target-driven role involving lone working in the community, so organisation, resilience, and good time management are important.

Permanent, full-time role
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Community-based role (no home working)
