Shift Pattern: 3 on / 3 off-must be able to work both days and nights
* Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
* Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am
About the Role
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistent shift patterns, and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities as a Production Operative
* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
* Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
* Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for dispatch
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Follow health & safety procedures at all times
* Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Requirements
* Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is desired
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 3 on / 3 off rotation
* Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
* Must be comfortable standing for long periods
