This company manufacturers specialist automated systems and equipment for FMCG companies across the globe. They are planning for the long term and want to bring on a new Design Manager to assist with growth.
In this role you will play a key part in the Design process, managing a team of Design Engineers, supporting the development of bespoke equipment and shaping a department coming up with innovative solutions and ideas.
This role would suit someone from a Mechanical Design background looking to take the next step in their career with a rapidly growing business.
The Role:
Leading a team of Design Engineers.
Supporting the development of bespoke equipment for FCMG companies.
On the job training and long term career progression.
The Person:
Mechanical Design Engineer / Design Manager.
Automation / Industrial / FMCG or similar industry background.
