Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects across the North West and Liverpool region. This is a standout opportunity not only to take ownership of key projects from pre-construction through to handover, but also to step into a long-term leadership position with the potential to lead the Mechanical Division within the business as it continues to grow.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
* Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors across multiple projects
* Overseeing programme, cost control, and quality standards
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants
* Driving performance across projects and supporting wider business growth
* Playing a key role in shaping and developing the Mechanical Division
Skills and Qualifications Required
* Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role or similar
* Strong background in residential and apartment projects
* Commercially aware with the ability to successfully run multiple projects
* Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills
* Confident in client-facing situations and stakeholder management
* Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role
