This is a rewarding role supporting older residents to live independently while ensuring the scheme is safe, welcoming, and well managed on a day-to-day basis.

The position is initially temporary, with the opportunity to apply for the permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day housing management support within a retirement scheme
Act as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors
Carry out regular health & safety checks and scheme inspections
Support residents with tenancy-related queries and wellbeing concerns
Report and monitor repairs and maintenance issues
Promote resident engagement and foster a positive community environment
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresAbout You

Previous experience within housing, retirement living, supported housing, or scheme management
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Good understanding of safeguarding and health & safety responsibilities
