We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools across Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, varied classroom experience, and the chance to make a positive difference in different school settings.
Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about education, committed to high standards of teaching, and dedicated to supporting pupils’ learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range in line with the national curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
* Adapt confidently to different classroom settings and school routines
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Deliver phonics sessions where required, including use of the Read Write Inc. programme (training can be provided)
* Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity in learning
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or is currently working towards achieving it
* Is an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain experience or complete induction
* Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
* Has a flexible, positive, and proactive approach to teaching
* Has an interest in supporting early reading and phonics development
Requirements
* References covering the last 5 years
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
