Customer Care Coordinator - Billingshurst
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE
Are you highly organised, people-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding service? Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Care Coordinator to join their fast-paced and supportive customer care team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and customers feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as a first point of contact for customer queries
* Logging and updating defects, ensuring information is recorded accurately
* Coordinating diaries for site visits and inspections
* Issuing work instructions and liaising with contractors and internal teams
* Maintaining records, reports, and general administration
* Supporting complaint handling and status updates where required
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer care or coordination role
* Property background advantageous and knowledge of COINS would be a bonus
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience using Coins would be a strong advantage
* Able to pick things up quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
