Are you an experienced SEN or SEMH Teaching Assistant looking for a new full-time role?

At Educo Recruitment, we’re working closely with a number of fantastic primary and secondary schools across South East, East, North, and Central London who are looking for dedicated and passionate support staff to join their teams.

We are looking to connect with experienced SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistants who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

*

Minimum 1 year of experience supporting children or young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs (school-based or relevant setting)

*

Strong behaviour management and emotional regulation support skills

*

Confidence working 1:1 and in small group settings

*

Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff

*

Proactive, reliable, and passionate about inclusion

*

Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

*

Experience with autism, ADHD, or social/emotional needs highly desirable
