IT Service Delivery Manager
The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet business needs, agreed SLAs, and quality standards.
Acting as a key link between IT and the business, the role oversees service operations, major incident management, and continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.
The role plays a central part in managing IT suppliers, software licensing, and service performance across a multi‑vendor environment, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and governance requirements. A strong focus is placed on optimising costs, improving service reliability, and delivering transparent, data‑driven reporting to senior stakeholders.
The IT Service Delivery Manager works closely with internal teams, external suppliers, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance to ensure effective service delivery, robust vendor governance, and alignment with organisational objectives. The role requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and a customer‑focused mindset, with a continuous improvement orientation.
Key requirements include:
proven IT service delivery management experience in a complex environment, ITIL certification, supplier and licensing management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience using service management tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern IT infrastructures is advantageous.
