Handyman needed in Chelmsford
We are currently recruiting for a Handyman to work on a residential project starting in Chelmsford asap. Work will be customer care repairs in occupied housing. Basic tools and ppe are essential. Must have basic DBS.
Day rate £210 CIS or Ltd, weekly pay, Mon to Fri, 8am-5pm with 1 hour compulsory lunch break.
Duties will include:
Sanding
Making good
Painting
Basic plastering
Basic Carpentry - fencing
Temporary fixtures
General handy duties
all other associated tasks - general tidying and labouringApplicants must have previous experience working on construction sites, have own basic tools, DBS check PPE and valid CSCS card.
Immediate start available, money paid weekly and contract is ongoing.
