This is an exciting opportunity for an MRTPI-qualified planner to join a collaborative and supportive team working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of a variety of planning projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and local authorities throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing a diverse caseload of planning applications and appeals
Undertaking site appraisals and planning assessments
Preparing planning statements, appeals, and supporting reports
Providing strategic planning advice to clients across a range of sectors
Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local planning authorities
Supporting business development and networking activities
Assisting junior team members and contributing to collaborative project delivery
Monitoring planning policy and legislative changesCandidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

Hold MRTPI Chartered status
Have experience within a planning consultancy, local authority, or development environment
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of the UK planning system
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be commercially aware and client focused
Have strong project management and organisational abilities
Be confident managing projects independently and within a team
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hold a full UK driving licenceBenefits
