This is a unique opportunity to work in a purpose-built SEND environment, supporting pupils through a highly personalised and sensory-based approach to learning.
Role Overview
* Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
* Location: Lambeth
* Type: Full-time, long-term
* Salary: £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
* Eligibility: Open to graduates and experienced Teaching Assistants
About the School
* Specialist primary setting for pupils aged 2–11 with complex SEND
* Supports children with autism, SLD, PMLD, and complex medical needs

* Focus on a creative, practical curriculum and personal development
* Strong emphasis on communication, independence, and life skills
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children
* Interest or experience in supporting pupils with complex SEN needs
* A patient, empathetic and proactive approach
* Willingness to support pupils with personal care where required
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
