We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contractor covering the Saffron Walden area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, ongoing work within occupied residential properties.

The Role:
You will be carrying out a mixture of reactive maintenance, planned works, and general repairs within social housing properties. The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing experience alongside additional multi-trade skills.

Typical duties will include:

* Plumbing repairs and maintenance

* Tap changes and toilet repairs

* Bath, sink, and shower replacements

* Kitchen and bathroom maintenance

* Leak detection and pipework repairs

* General carpentry and multi-trade repairs

* Basic patch plastering, tiling, and decorating

* Working in occupied properties while maintaining high customer service standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plumber

* Background within social housing or domestic maintenance preferred

* Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Own tools required

* Full UK driving licence preferred

* CSCS card advantageous
