Manufacturing Technician – Medical Devices, Whiteley, Hampshire, £32,000 – £34,000

You will support the assembly and testing of precision diagnostic instruments within a regulated medical device environment. This is a hands-on role involving electromechanical assembly, documentation, testing and quality compliance.

This Manufacturing Technician job will suit:

* Manufacturing, Production, Assembly or Electromechanical Technicians with hands-on assembly experience.

* Candidates from regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, electronics, laboratory or cleanroom environments.

* Individuals experienced following SOPs, work instructions and maintaining accurate documentation.

* Candidates with wiring, crimping, soldering or cable assembly experience would be advantageous.

This Manufacturing Technician job will involve:

* Mechanical, electrical and electromechanical assembly work.

* Wiring, fitting, testing and functional checks on instruments and sub-assemblies.

* Maintaining manufacturing records, traceability logs and quality documentation.

* Supporting ISO 13485 quality and continuous improvement activities.

* Assisting with SOP updates and non-conformance investigations.

This role is based in Whiteley, Hampshire and is commutable from Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Winchester and surrounding areas.
