Empowering Learning is seeking dedicated, patient, and passionate Teachers to join the agency for supply teaching roles in Bury from September 2026. This is a brilliant opportunity for experienced teachers seeking more flexibility, or newly-qualified teachers wanting to continue building experience in a variety of school settings following their placements.
About the Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver, and adapt lessons for pupils
Support academic, social, and emotional development
Use positive behaviour management strategies to support students with challenging behaviour
Work collaboratively with TAs
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience teaching primary-aged students (QTS or equivalent required)
Is calm, patient, and adaptable, particularly when managing challenging behaviour
Can quickly build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
Is committed to helping every child thrive and achieve their goals
