Actio Recruitment are supporting a well‑established fabrications business who are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join their high‑precision fabrication team.

The Role

* Fabrication and assembly of complex sheet‑metal parts

* Working from engineering drawings and technical specs

* Using specialist materials

* Thin‑gauge work

* Riveting, sealing and assembling machined/fabricated components

* Inspection, documentation and working to tight tolerances

* Identifying defects and supporting continuous improvement

* Maintaining a clean, safe, 5S‑driven workspace

What You’ll Need

* Strong sheet‑metal background

* Confident with hand tools for cutting, bending and shaping

* Skilled in forming metal

* Able to read drawings

* Quality‑focused

* Strong Health & Safety awareness

Desirable

* Detail‑driven and methodical

* Works well with limited supervision

* Comfortable in a fast‑paced production environment

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Relevant apprenticeship or Level 3 Fabrication/Welding qualification
