Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a local affordable housing provider and not for profit developer, to appoint an experienced residential property Sales and Marketing manager to their busy development team:

Key role responsibilities:

* Lead on the development of the organisations shared ownership & sales ‘offer’ and implement processes and procedures to provide effective delivery, marketing and handover of a growing shared ownership and sales programme.

* Support the implementation of the Option Appraisal & Disposal Strategy implementing processes and procedures to effectively market and sell properties identified for disposal.

* Work with the Investment team to ensure these homes are market ready through clearance or enhancements that may increase profit.

* Build relationships with agents, solicitors, legal advisors, and auctioneers to achieve the best sales and marketing strategy and maximise return for investment into our new build and existing home improvements.

* Successfully deliver a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy which supports the ‘Growth and Great Homes’ aspirations of the organisation and lead on the creation of marketing strategies for all new developments and disposals of existing homes.

* Oversee the team activity required for dealing with customers at all stages of their buying or selling customer journey.

* Work closely across the directorate and wider organisation to ensure a robust approach to shared ownership and other sales products developing the offer through ‘employers’ requirements’, service charge modelling and championing good design and strong value for money throughout.

* Work closely with the Development Manager to achieve sales targets and develop the ongoing shared ownership and marketing strategy.

* Lead on the development of the homes into management process and procedure for sales products and work with the Investment Team to support process and procedures for disposals ensuring that they remain effective and continually fit for purpose.

* Lead on the development of the Sales & Homeownership web page, social media and develop digital offers for sales products
