Pastoral Support Worker - Secondary School - Redditch

Pay: £130 per day

Team Educate
is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Support Worker to join a welcoming secondary school in Redditch.

The Role

Supporting students with behaviour, attendance, and emotional wellbeing
Building positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress
Working closely with safeguarding and pastoral teams
Providing mentoring and intervention support on a 1:1 and small group basis
Promoting a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment

Requirements

Experience working with secondary-aged students
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Calm, resilient, and approachable nature
Ability to build rapport and support students from a range of backgrounds
Previous pastoral, youth work, or education experience desirable
