The Role of a Mechanical Fitter
We are recruiting a Mechanical Fitter for a well‑established manufacturing business based in East Grinstead.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical assembly work
Bolting components together
Working from drawings and instructions
General fitting and build tasks within a manufacturing environment
Essential Experience
Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter
Comfortable with hands‑on mechanical assembly
Experience bolting components and frameworks together
Able to work reliably as part of a production team
Desirable Skills
Basic electrical knowledge, such as simple wiring or connections
