The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrator to join our client's busy construction team. This role requires someone with strong all-round administrative skills and hands-on experience within the construction industry. You will provide vital support across the office, helping projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Managing emails, phone calls, and internal communications
Supporting project teams with documentation, progress tracking, and reporting
Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and other finance-related admin tasks
Maintaining and updating construction project records and databases
Coordinating meetings and managing schedules for project managersRequirements:
Previous experience as an administrator in a construction or similar environment
Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
