Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer
Location: Manchester Area
Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of large commercial and industrial sites across the Manchester region.
This role offers a great balance of site-based and mobile work, excellent overtime potential, and long-term progression within a globally recognised FM provider.
The Role:
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across HVAC systems.
• Working on AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV and VRF systems.
• Fault finding, servicing and repair of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Supporting general building services maintenance where required.
• Travelling between multiple commercial sites across the region using a company vehicle.
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.
The Sites:
• Large-scale commercial and industrial environments
• Modern facilities including office spaces, canteens and operational areas
• Mixture of static and mobile working across multiple buildings
Package:
• £40,000 – £44,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Company vehicle and fuel card provided
• Overtime opportunities available
• Call-out rota 1 in 4 (£150 standby payment)
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Requirements:
• HVAC / Air Conditioning qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
• Experience working on commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV and VRF systems.
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
