Forklift Driver (Counterbalance and Reach)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join an established warehouse team in Coggeshall, Essex. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a busy warehouse environment, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
The role will involve a mix of forklift operation and general warehouse duties, so a flexible and hands-on approach is essential.
Rotating shifts Monday to Friday:
* 06:30 – 15:00
* 09:00 – 18:00
Key Responsibilities:
Operate both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
Carry out picking and packing duties accurately.
Support goods in processes, including unloading deliveries.
Assist with container unloading (handballing) when required.
Ensure stock is stored correctly and warehouse areas are kept organised.
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Valid RTITB Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences (Preferred, although training given for the right candidate).
Previous warehouse and forklift experience.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties, including occasional container unloading.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
