Location: London

Rate: £450 - £500 a day Umbrella

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known client based in the London area, who are looking for a highly skilled Legal Disrepair Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities - Legal Disrepair Manager
Manage housing disrepair cases from initial claim through to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal and statutory obligations.
Oversee contractor performance and repairs delivery, ensuring works are completed to required standards and within agreed timescales.
Lead on legal disrepair claims and litigation cases, working closely with legal teams, surveyors, and external solicitors where required.
Ensure compliance with housing legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act and Section 11 repair responsibilities.
Monitor case progress and reporting, maintaining accurate records and providing updates to senior management, residents, and stakeholders
